If you need to return an item due to sizing, style, or a change of heart, our policies on refunds, returns, and delivery are below.
Fulfilment and Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. We ship through Royal Mail and use 24hour tracked delivery. Total time 3-5 Business days.

Standard delivery / shipping rates apply of £5.99
International Shipping
We ship exclusively to mainland UK - So we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Internationally

Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at Sheepishclothing@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Return Process

Use the return slip provided with your order.

Package the items securely and send them to the address stated on the return slip
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not refund the shipping cost of £5.99 unless the item is faulty (We will check the faulty upon receipt)
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash (except as required by law), or replaced if lost or stolen.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please email us and we can look into the request. If we can’t fulfil the request, please follow the original returns policy for a refund.
Christmas Returns Policy
Any items purchased between the 1st of November - 15th of December, will have an extended Exchange / refund date. The items will be eligible to be refunded or exchanged until the 5th of January.
